About the role
- Ensure accurate stock management and reconciliation within the retail department
- Manage stock allocation for sales and oversee tracking and return of inventory to the warehouse
- Support and conduct stock audits and reconciliations
- Handle customer interactions, resolve product issues, and facilitate in-warranty repairs
- Maintain depot in excellent condition
- Provide daily reports on stock status to ensure transparency and accountability
- Collaborate with retail and warehouse teams to optimize stock processes and ensure timely product availability
Requirements
- College diploma or degree in a relevant field required
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Strong in data management
- Solid grasp of Excel
- Experience in customer care or stock management (essential)
- Experience in fast-paced retail or logistics environment (plus)
- Sharp analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to thrive in collaborative team settings
