About the role
- Ensure accurate stock management and reconciliation within the retail department
- Manage stock allocation for sales and support stock audits
- Oversee tracking and return of inventory to the warehouse
- Handle customer interactions and resolve product issues
- Facilitate in-warranty repairs and coordinate repairs with teams
- Maintain the depot in excellent condition
- Provide daily reports on stock status to ensure transparency and accountability
- Receive, allocate, and reconcile stock for sales
- Conduct regular audits to ensure all inventory is accounted for
- Collaborate with sales teams and warehouse operations to optimize stock processes and ensure timely product availability
Requirements
- College diploma or degree in a relevant field required
- Experience in customer care or stock management is essential
- Experience in fast-paced retail or logistics environments is a plus
- Strong data management skills and solid grasp of Excel
- Attention to detail and proactive approach
- Sharp analytical skills and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to collaborate with retail and warehouse teams
- Ability to handle customer interactions and in-warranty repairs
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks (criminal records, ID verification, academic and employment checks)
