About the role
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to tell them about smartphone upgrades and other M-KOPA products
- Connect customers with technology and guide them toward suitable products
- Work toward meeting sales goals and targets
- Maintain high call quality standards and ensure every customer has a great experience
- Manage time effectively to contact as many customers as possible each day
- Report to the Telesales Team Lead and collaborate within the Customer Retention - Outbound team
- Help customers discover product possibilities and support families across Uganda in accessing products
Requirements
- Certificate, diploma, or higher qualification
- Experience in call centers or customer service
- Strong passion for sales
- Good communication, persuasion, and talking with customers
- Comfortable using basic computer tools like Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Self-driven, results-oriented attitude
- Enthusiastic about helping customers and committed to doing the right thing
- Ability to work onsite in Kampala
- Legal right to work in Uganda (application asks about work authorization)
