Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for renewal of critical supplier contracts, revenue management and retention of existing contracts
  • Stakeholder relationship and engagement
  • Renewal process and pipeline management
  • Cross-functional collaboration and reporting
  • Own high-value and strategize complex Tier 3 renewals
  • Lead complex negotiations (pricing, multi-year deals, contracts)
  • To support the development and application of Supplier Management best practice.
  • Identify savings opportunities for maintenance & software licensing.
  • To provide insight around M&G needs and industry / market trends to enable strategy development and identification of commercial opportunities and risks.
  • To respond to queries from the wider business for contract information
  • Understand software risk and compliance position and take active steps to manage and mitigate this.
  • Mentor junior team members and improve processes
