About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end to end delivery of medium to highly complex regulatory projects
Communicate outcomes/benefits of the project across the organisation
Create and maintain high quality project plans with risk mitigation strategies
Provide regular forecasts of Change and BAU resources required
Ensure project delivers the required benefits and outcomes within specified tolerances
Adhere to governance standards and produce timely management information
Monitor and report progress to stakeholders
Manage resource planning and motivate the project team
Conduct training workshops with Project Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in project management
Strong programme and project management capability
Experience leading and developing delivery teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency with delivery tools (Jira experience highly desirable)
Relevant qualifications (PRINCE2, AgilePM, MSP, PMP) desirable
Degree-level education or equivalent experience
