About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end to end delivery of medium to highly complex projects
Communicate the outcomes/benefits of the project across the organization
Create and maintain high quality project plans with built in risk mitigation strategies
Provide regular forecasts of future Change and BAU resources required for the project
Undertake regular lessons learnt sessions during the life of the project
Adhere to governance standards, maintaining accurate RACI and RAID logs
Monitor and report progress to impacted stakeholders including ongoing business case viability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant and demonstrable track record of end to end delivery of projects
Experience in Risk and/or Regulatory Change Delivery within a financial services environment
Experience of leading business, technical and regulatory projects, working with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to engage with stakeholders across different levels of the organization
Strong organizational and planning skills
Strong programme budgetary control and financial management
Advanced understanding and practical application of project management methodologies
