About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and optimise the annual media package with external partners, ensuring timely delivery, clear budgets and strong campaign performance
  • Maintain strong agency relationships through regular check-ins, shared planning and proactive issue resolution
  • Ensure all activity follows Marketing Ways of Working processes for high-quality, collaborative and compliant output
  • Develop tailored content and campaign plans aligned to each partner’s channel strengths and adviser audience
  • Use insight and performance data to refine activity and prioritise high-performing formats
  • Repurpose strong content to improve efficiency, visibility and consistency across channels
  • Manage workflows through standard briefing processes, working collaboratively with Centre’s of Excellence to ensure quality and compliance across all outputs
  • Coordinate and deliver follow-up activity for strategic account events, including adviser-facing email communications to drive continued engagement and reinforce key messages
  • Support the organisation of partnership events where required, ensuring alignment with partner needs, adviser expectations and overall marketing objectives
