About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end to end delivery of medium to highly complex projects
- Identify key business stakeholders and lead on defining business case
- Communicate outcomes/benefits of projects across the organisation
- Create and maintain high quality project plans
- Evaluate delivery options and team's performance
- Provide regular forecasts of future Change and BAU resources
- Independently identify and manage issues, risks, and dependencies
- Conduct training workshops with Project Managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant and demonstrable track record of end to end delivery of projects
- Financial Services Experience (essential)
- Life and Pensions experience (desirable)
- Risk/Regulatory Change Delivery Experience (essential)
- Experience of leading business, technical and regulatory projects
- Experience of working in a highly controlled and regulated environment
- Confident and effective communicator across all levels of the organisation
- Ability to motivate, influence and constructively challenge where appropriate
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and strong judgment.
