About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contributes to a positive service experience for customers and advisers.
- Supports a multi-functional, digitally led operation.
- Handles exception management of complex enquiries post Digital Account launch.
- Collaborates with colleagues and takes personal accountability for control environment.
- Manages cases and provides information via appropriate channels.
- Set up new customers ensuring payment accuracy.
- Keeps up to date with processes and customers’ needs.
- Educates customers on Digital Account benefits.
- Identifies failure demand and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience of working with Bonds or Annuities desirable.
- Ability to listen for and understand a customers’ request.
- Ability to connect and build rapport where appropriate.
- Excellence in Execution – proactively seeks ways to improve personal and organisational effectiveness.
