Principal Auditor – Asset Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Planning & Risk Assessment: Collating and reviewing information as directed to help identify key risks
- Audit Performance: Travelling to different sites to meet staff and review documents
- Producing and maintaining audit files and working papers to a high standard
- Audit Reporting: Discussing results of audit testing with the Field Manager
- Business Partnering: Assisting in the discussion of the results of audit testing with stakeholders
- Team Management: Providing 360 feedback during audit and proactively seeking feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- A base level of understanding in the workings of both a Financial Services Group and an Internal Audit function
- Confidence to undertake specific audit tests without supervision
- Ability to articulate effectively both orally and in writing within the team
- Be eager to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to challenge and critically assess effectiveness of established procedures
- Good understanding of the behaviours required to succeed in a respectful workplace
