About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consulting with direct customers and M-Files partners in M-Files projects
- Supporting customers in developing their business processes with the use of our product
- Defining business requirements with the customer and planning a system design with the ascertained requirements
- Choosing the correct methods of implementation with scalability and maintenance in mind to ensure high customer value throughout the solution's lifecycle
- Participating in the continuous development of implementation practices
- Working in significant projects that change the way customers do business in a digital, work-from-anywhere world!
Requirements
What you’ll need- Software development skills (C#, JavaScript, HTML)
- Experience in various different integrations between IT systems
- Experience in documenting specifications and tools used for it (e.g. Visio, PowerPoint)
- Experience in working in the customer interface
- Ability and passion to learn about IT systems
- Fluency in English and Finnish , other language skills are considered as an advantage, especially highly appreciated with fluent Swedish skills
- M.Sc degree (or equivalent) in computer science, IT, engineering, or in other technical or commercial fields
- Additionally, we value competence in some of these areas:
- Various IT systems and databases
- Understanding of software development and how programming can be utilized in implementations
- Corporate IT infrastructure (Windows Server, Databases, Network Infrastructure)
- Other technologies: M-Files, Windows, Azure, SQL Server, .NET
- Certifications in various frameworks (e.g. ITIL, SAFe, COBIT and TOGAF)
- Hands-on experience with AI assistants such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Gemini.
- Experience building AI-assisted solutions in both personal projects and professional environments.
