About the role
- **What you will be doing/Responsibilities and Duties:**
- - Defining and driving the AI product strategy aligned with M-Files’ vision and customer needs.
- - Leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to deliver AI features that enhance user experience and business outcomes.
- - Owning the roadmap for AI capabilities such as intelligent metadata extraction, semantic search, document classification, and generative AI integrations.
- - Translating customer pain points and market trends into actionable product requirements.
- - Collaborating with engineering to ensure reliable and scalable AI solutions.
- - Monitoring performance of AI features and continuously optimize based on user feedback and data.
- - Evangelizing AI capabilities internally and externally, including customer presentations, webinars, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- **Who You Are/Requirements, Qualifications and Skills:**
- - 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products.
- - Deep domain expertise in AI, including a proven track record of assessing market opportunities and defining product strategies specifically for generative AI-powered solutions.
- - Proven success in bringing AI products from concept to market in an enterprise SaaS environment.
- - Experience defining and tracking key metrics for generative AI products, demonstrating a clear understanding of their business impact and value proposition.
- - Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and inspire customers.
- - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- **Preferred Qualifications**
- - Technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science).
- - Experience with AI compliance, ethics, and responsible AI practices.
- - Familiarity with information management, content services, or related enterprise software is a plus.
- - Demonstrated thought leadership in AI/ML domain
