About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You are the primary point of contact for our clients and the key person coordinating processes between departments to achieve objectives and deliver projects within the given timeframe
  • You are responsible for virtual, hybrid, and on-site projects from planning through execution
  • You ensure your international clients are satisfied by actively advising and supporting them and taking corrective actions when necessary
  • You track and monitor project progress, including budget, schedule, and scope for each project
  • You plan and manage interdisciplinary teams using both agile and traditional project management methods
  • You pursue and fulfill additional requests from our industry clients within our portfolio after conducting an appropriate feasibility analysis
  • You work closely with senior management and the project management team and always know the status of your teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have prior experience in project management
  • You have experience in the trade show and conference sector, ideally with medical professional congresses
  • Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Experience in client/customer management
  • Possibly experience in up-selling and cross-selling
  • Self-organized, structured working style with clear goals
  • Willingness to travel during project phases (Europe-wide)
