Key responsibilities & impact

Technical consulting & solution design
Analysis of complex customer requirements and development of technical solution concepts
Translating business requirements into technical specifications
Assessing feasibility and integrating new solutions into our platform architecture
Project management & implementation
Leading technical implementation projects from concept phase to go-live
Coordinating cross-functional teams from Product, Engineering, UX, and Operations
Managing schedule, budget, and scope
Communicating with internal stakeholders and international customers
Pre-sales & proposal support
Supporting our sales team with technical concepts for customer proposals
Preparing technical scopes and effort estimates
Platform and architecture understanding
Building a deep understanding of our software platform
Identifying strategic product improvements
Consolidating multiple customer requirements into scalable platform solutions
Identifying risks, dependencies, and potential architectural adjustments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in one of the following roles: Technical Consultant, Solutions Consultant / Solutions Architect, Technical Project Manager, Implementation Consultant, Technical Business Analyst
Experience collaborating with software development teams
Understanding of software architecture, platform solutions and system integrations
Experience analyzing technical requirements
Experience planning or managing software projects
Structured, analytical mindset
Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders
Strong communication and consulting skills
Independent work style and sense of responsibility
Enjoy solving complex problems pragmatically
