About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure excellence and implementation of planning, regional deployment of JBPs and sell-out plans, connecting strategy (brand / category / channel) with operations (sales / merchandising / distribution) to accelerate distribution, visibility, correct pricing and activation.
- Lead the development of Trade plans by customer, channel and region, coordinating with partner areas (Channel, Category, Marketing, RM and Sales) and ensuring alignment with the national plan.
- Build and manage the quarterly plan per customer, including objectives, targets, promotional calendar, POS materials (MPDVs), KPIs and budget.
- Drive and maintain formalized JBPs with priority customers, covering targets (DN/DP), commitments and a structured follow-up routine.
- Prepare and conduct business reviews and internal and external presentations (monthly/quarterly), with performance analyses vs. JBP, recommendations and action plans.
- Lead execution and activation at the point of sale, including promotional actions, visibility, store prioritization by channel/customer/cluster and field follow-up.
- Manage Trade budgets by customer and initiative, ensuring governance, contracts, commitments, workflows with Legal/Finance/RM and ROI evaluation.
- Perform post-action analyses, consolidating results, ROI, learnings and best practices for continuous improvement of plans.
- Train sales teams and distributors, acting as a bridge between Channel, Category, Marketing, RM and Sales, ensuring strategic consistency in execution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Postgraduate degree completed.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in building and governing JBPs.
- At least 6 months of experience in the area or related fields.
- Desirable:
- Experience with Nielsen, Scantech, Neogrid, Shopping Brasil; regional margin analysis; sales channels; brand management; volume vs. margin analyses.
