About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the training needs assessment (TNA) together with technical areas and responsible leaders;
  • Act as the focal point for technical, behavioral and onboarding training programs in accordance with the Corporate University guidelines;
  • Support HR Business Partners (BPs) in developing content, instructional materials and learning paths;
  • Deliver corporate, behavioral and onboarding training sessions;
  • Administer and monitor reaction, learning and effectiveness evaluations for training programs;
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) platforms;
  • Ensure proper recording and tracking of training activities and related evaluations;
  • Monitor Training & Development (T&D) indicators;
  • Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in HR or related areas;
  • Knowledge of andragogy techniques and active learning methodologies;
  • Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced);
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools;
  • Experience with audits and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
