HR Analyst I
M. Dias BrancoHR Analyst managing training needs and leading corporate training initiatives in a major food industry company. Collaborating with technical areas to ensure employee competency and alignment with company guidelines.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the training needs assessment (TNA) together with technical areas and responsible leaders;
- Act as the focal point for technical, behavioral and onboarding training programs in accordance with the Corporate University guidelines;
- Support HR Business Partners (BPs) in developing content, instructional materials and learning paths;
- Deliver corporate, behavioral and onboarding training sessions;
- Administer and monitor reaction, learning and effectiveness evaluations for training programs;
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) platforms;
- Ensure proper recording and tracking of training activities and related evaluations;
- Monitor Training & Development (T&D) indicators;
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources or related fields;
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in HR or related areas;
- Knowledge of andragogy techniques and active learning methodologies;
- Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced);
- Familiarity with e-learning tools;
- Experience with audits and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
