About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and enhance analytical tools to support decision-making for the Trade Marketing team, including Perfect Store, JBP (Joint Business Planning) and strategic projects;
- Generate market intelligence on shoppers, channels and customers, optimizing manual and operational processes to deliver efficiency gains;
- Translate data into business recommendations;
- Monitor ROI and productivity KPIs, proposing action plans to optimize results;
- Build strategic analyses and executive presentations that support commercial decisions;
- Manage merchandising tools, with daily tasks including promoter routing, execution surveys and collection of Perfect Store data;
- Maintain and update Power BI reports, identifying performance opportunities and addressing fixes with the technical team;
- Follow data projects within IT squads, working with cross-functional teams;
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and digitize processes, reducing manual work and increasing team productivity;
- Comply with sustainability, quality management, food safety, environmental and occupational health and safety requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
- Advanced Excel, including Power Query, PivotTables and database handling;
- Experience with market tools such as Scanntech, Neogrid, Nielsen or similar;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven orientation;
- Postgraduate degree in related areas (preferred);
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the area or related fields;
- Knowledge of Power BI (data modeling and dashboard development) is a plus;
- Experience with Involves Stage or other execution management platforms at the POS is a plus;
- Experience in consumer goods companies is a plus.
