About the role
- Develop analyses of results, demonstrating sales performance across all dimensions (volume, margin, product family, delinquency, etc.).
- Manage target plans, monitoring and making necessary adjustments to ensure they are achievable and drive continuous improvement (PDCA).
- Support sales teams with management tools, implementing specific improvements to help achieve targets.
- Perform analysis of results and sales team performance across all dimensions (volume, margin, product family, delinquency, etc.).
- Lead discussions with the Manager regarding budget variances.
- Present the results of your area to the commercial/sales team.
- Monitor sales budgets, expenses, product returns and sales forecasts for your area.
- Monitor the commercial staffing plan.
- Support and inform the sales team on routine matters such as: product discontinuations, performance analyses, sales reports, client bulletins, etc.
- Comply with food safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree in related areas.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Power BI – Intermediate/Advanced.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the area or related fields.
- The following will be considered a plus:
- Experience with sales routines.
- Experience with costing and budgeting.
- Customer service experience.
- Familiarity with the company’s products.
