About the role
- Develop the Business Unit (BU) marketing strategy, connecting market analysis, competitive opportunities and business priorities.
- Identify and quantify growth opportunities by channel, segment, geography, category and application.
- Continuously monitor category (flour, margarines, premixes, fats and doughs) and company performance, translating data into strategic actions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the market, competitors, trends and foodservice operators' behavior.
- Generate and disseminate actionable insights from market data (IFB, Nielsen, Wise Sales), internal dashboards, sell-in/sell-out data and financial analyses.
- Assess price elasticity, contribution and profitability of products and customers, proposing levers to accelerate the business.
- Structure go-to-market and expansion strategies by channel, category and region.
- Act as a strategic reference for the commercial team, supporting them with insights, guidance and strategic materials.
- Map and prioritize industrial segments (bakery, biscuits, fresh pasta, food service, confectionery, etc.).
- Measure the impact of initiatives and track market, performance and competitiveness KPIs.
- Ensure governance, cadence and execution of the BU's strategic plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Engineering or related fields.
- Completed postgraduate degree (MBA, specialization or equivalent).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools.
- Experience with strategic planning and market research analysis.
- At least 6 months of experience in the area or related fields.
- Business strategy.
- Financial analysis (DRE [income statement], pricing).
- IFB methodology, WISE SALES.
