About the role
- Lead the development and execution of high-impact organizational transformation projects;
- Support leadership in the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives;
- Foster collaboration across business areas to execute organizational transformations;
- Conduct analyses and collect data to enable evidence-based decision making;

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
- Completed postgraduate specialization;
- Proven experience managing high-impact organizational projects;
- Broad systems perspective and end-to-end business view;
- Knowledge of corporate finance;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, Lean, Design Thinking, and process analysis tools;
- Analytical capability and strategic thinking to solve complex problems;
- Ability to engage with different stakeholders and lead change initiatives.
