About the role

  • Support and develop procurement strategies for importing raw materials directly from foreign producers and traders;
  • Develop large-scale contracts and negotiations with suppliers, primarily Asian and European, understanding specific requirements and developing the logistics channel for operations;
  • Manage costs of direct procurement, monitor performance, cost avoidance, budgets and forecasts;
  • Conduct research on the commodity supplier market, perform category Strategic Sourcing and implement the recommended negotiation strategies;
  • Manage the procurement coordination team;
  • Manage projects and alignments with stakeholders;
  • Support the raw materials management team with other demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree in Project Management or related areas.
  • Project management skills.
  • Nice to have:
  • - Knowledge of production processes;
  • - Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools;
  • - Negotiation techniques;
  • - Advanced English.
