About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead an end-to-end international infrastructure project
- Analyze field requirements and consolidate the statement of needs
- Define the target architecture and infrastructure standards
- Identify, compare and test technical solutions (PoC, pilot sites)
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in the project
- Work closely with IT teams, logistics and field teams
- Identify and coordinate technical service providers
- Participate in technical and commercial discussions with suppliers
- Organize and oversee deployment on missions
- Plan deployment phases
- Anticipate and remove operational blockers, particularly in locations with limited IT resources
- Adapt solutions to local contexts (degraded connectivity, security constraints)
- Structure project tracking and visibility
- Implement indicators, dashboards and monitoring tools
- Document technical decisions and lessons learned
- Report regularly on progress and encountered constraints.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have at least 5 years’ experience managing infrastructure or network projects.
- You have strong technical foundations in networking, connectivity, security and IT infrastructure.
- You can take ownership of a loosely defined project, structure the phases (requirements gathering, PoC, solution selection, deployment), and move the project forward without needing constant direction.
- You can identify blockers (local, organizational, human), find the right contacts, engage in dialogue and reach workable compromises.
- You can work effectively with a wide range of profiles (logistics, IT, field teams, external providers) in a multicultural and international context.
- You can design and defend realistic, deployable solutions in constrained environments (low connectivity, isolated sites, heterogeneous environments).
- You can organize project monitoring using indicators, dashboards, lessons learned and clear deliverables.
- You can step back, make decisions, and maintain a credible stance with senior stakeholders, including in situations of tension or uncertainty.
- You are proficient in professional English.

Comp & perks- Gross monthly salary: €3,664
- Fixed-term contract (CDD) of twelve (12) months, starting 15 June 2026
- Position based in Saint-Denis
- Managerial (cadre) status
- Probation period: 1 month
- Remote work agreement: up to 110 days per year (minimum on-site presence 5 days/month)
