About the role

  • Contribute to the technical and functional study phase of the GDMS project
  • Participate in workshops with the software vendor and business teams
  • Analyze specific needs and technical impacts
  • Monitor the production of design documents and specifications
  • Lead and prepare data takeover / migration activities
  • Contribute to defining the migration strategy (scope, transformation rules, data retention)
  • Prepare technical migration setups (source/target formats, transformation scenarios)
  • Participate in scoping and contracting of associated services
  • Monitor data migration tests and iterations
  • Contribute to work related to health information systems security (PGSSI‑S)
  • Participate in dedicated working groups
  • Contribute to discussions on authentication mechanisms and their impact on GDMS
  • Support testing phases and proofs of concept
  • Provide transversal MOE support across the project
  • Coordinate with the MOA (project owner), AMOA (project support/BA), and the vendor
  • Take part in project governance bodies (steering committee, project committees, synchronization meetings)
  • Contribute to monitoring the existing tool used in the field during the transition phase.

Requirements

  • You have initial successful experience as an MOE project manager on data migration / data takeover projects (data migration, data transformation).
  • You have a solid technical foundation (data, systems, interfaces) that enables you to engage with vendors or service providers.
  • You communicate in a calm, factual manner, including when dealing with interlocutors under pressure or in delicate interpersonal situations.
  • You demonstrate diplomacy in your interactions and place particular importance on the quality of working relationships.
  • You can explain complex technical subjects clearly and accessibly, notably in meetings or project forums.
  • You enjoy working in a team and adopt a supportive, service‑oriented approach, contributing to collective topics when necessary.
  • You can adapt quickly, ramp up on a project already underway, and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • You habitually prepare discussions ahead of decision‑making bodies and contribute to effective collective decision‑making.

  • Gross monthly salary: €3,664
  • Fixed‑term contract (CDD) from 4 May 2026 to 19 February 2027
  • Position based in Saint‑Denis
  • Managerial (Cadre) status
  • Probation period: 1 month
  • Remote work agreement: up to 110 days per year (minimum on‑site presence 5 days/month)
  • 13th month pay (for employees with more than 6 months of service)
