Ensure the quality, availability, security and value of data to support business functions and overall performance
Manage, support and develop a team of 3 specialized data professionals
Organize activities, prioritize projects and ensure deadlines and commitments are met
Oversee projects for data ingestion, processing, storage and reporting
Gather and challenge business requirements and support departments in adopting BI tools

Requirements

At least ten years' experience in data-related roles
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, BI tools and SSIS
Ability to turn complex data flows into reliable, useful and value-creating information
Capacity to take a strategic view and make sound architecture and tooling decisions
Natural leader with the ability to coach and coordinate a team of complementary experts
Comfortable communicating with both technical teams and business stakeholders
