About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with senior team members to manage and execute media plans to achieve clients’ performance marketing goals
- Support the Media Planner with day-to-day operations across the campaign lifecycle, including execution, pacing checks, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Execute media management across social and programmatic platforms, including Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with media owners, agency partners, and internal specialist teams to ensure deliverables are met and launched on time
- Make recommendations using optimization levers and data-driven analysis
- Build and update campaign performance reports, generate actionable insights, and connect findings to client objectives
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and tracking issues
- Support campaign financial administration and work with the billing team to ensure plans are billed correctly and on time
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1–3 years of digital media experience; agency and performance media preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially English
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet aggressive deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, quickly-changing, technology-focused industry
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders such as suppliers, clients, and internal specialist resources is good to have
