About the role
- Ensure the work delivers against the brief and is held to the highest standards of creativity and execution
- Create advertising ideas across all media
- Deliver high level of craft skills and professional, high quality design for all media
- Formulate layout design or presentation approach and specify material details (style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video, sound)
- Review and approve creative work to ensure it meets quality and effectiveness standards
- Produce commercially viable, award-winning concepts and support creative talent
Requirements
- Freelance Creative Director (Art Director) experience
- Understands the new iterative world of socially led brand engagement
- Sound understanding of big, campaignable ideas
- Strategic clarity, creative brilliance, and exceptional craft
- Deliver high level of craft skills and professional, high quality design for all media
- Ability to formulate layout design and specify material details (type, photographs, graphics, animation, video, sound)
- Proven ability to spot, shape, and support great ideas and creative talent
- Understanding of customer lifecycles (acquisition, conversion, retention, cross-sell, upsell)
- Analytical and insight-driven with a knack for uncovering client needs and scoping opportunities
- Review and approve creative work to ensure highest standards of quality and effectiveness
- Produce commercially viable and award winning ideas for clients
