- Intensive onboarding into the company’s internal structures and processes with the goal of taking on a central leadership role in the short term

Requirements
- Initial professional experience at a reputable strategy and/or management consulting firm
- Above-average university degree (Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Psychology, Social Sciences, etc.)
- Strong analytical understanding and interest in strategy, projects, project management and corporate leadership
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Clear ambition to develop toward executive / top-management roles
