About the role
- Partner with Enterprise Sales to develop customized trial strategies aligned to customer business objectives, competitive landscape, and deal strategy.
- Define clear success criteria tied to executive-level outcomes and ROI.
- Align trial plans to MEDDPICC and broader enterprise sales motions.
- Build strong relationships across safety, operations, IT, and executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate executive business reviews and value presentations that articulate measurable impact.
- Support the development of compelling business cases that advance procurement and budget approval.
- Translate trial analytics into clear, outcome-based narratives.
- Quantify safety improvements, operational efficiencies, and risk reduction.
- Deliver presentations that elevate Lytx from vendor to long-term strategic partner.
- Lead coordination across Sales, Key Accounts, Product, Implementation, and Operations to ensure trial success.
- Anticipate risks and proactively remove barriers to maintain deal momentum.
- Balance strategic ownership with strong execution discipline.
- Identify opportunities for broader solution adoption during the evaluation phase.
- Partner with Key Account teams to position long-term growth and expansion.
- Provide field insights to Product and GTM leadership to inform strategy.
- Contribute to refining trial methodologies, playbooks, and enablement assets.
- Share competitive intelligence and market feedback to strengthen win strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic consulting, customer success, or solution consulting within a SaaS environment.
- Proven success supporting complex sales cycles (enterprise-level ACV preferred).
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence VP and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience building ROI models or translating data into business impact narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate competitive evaluations.
- Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple high-visibility engagements simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Experience in fleet, transportation, safety, or related industries is highly preferred.
