About the role
- Define and execute global strategies to drive revenue, growth, and profitability via our partner and channel sales streams.
- Build and lead a world-class sales team focused on selling to C-suite executives, including partners and our joint customers.
- Develop and scale Lytx’s partner ecosystem, establishing relationships with Resellers, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), OEMs, telematics providers, Insurance companies.
- Drive double digit global revenue growth with partnerships, including joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
- Optimize partner sales processes, focusing on automation, process improvements, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and scale.
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering, Legal, Operations) to ensure alignment on partner and sales strategies.
- Lead efforts to adapt to evolving market trends and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in business development, partner management, and/or sales leadership in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record in scaling global sales teams and partner ecosystems, delivering significant revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of strategic sales, partner ecosystems, and technical integrations (APIs, enablement strategies).
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams with a focus on accountability and growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across complex organizations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with experience in financial planning, forecasting, and driving operational improvements.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
