About the role

  • Define and execute global strategies to drive revenue, growth, and profitability via our partner and channel sales streams.
  • Build and lead a world-class sales team focused on selling to C-suite executives, including partners and our joint customers.
  • Develop and scale Lytx’s partner ecosystem, establishing relationships with Resellers, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), OEMs, telematics providers, Insurance companies.
  • Drive double digit global revenue growth with partnerships, including joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
  • Optimize partner sales processes, focusing on automation, process improvements, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and scale.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering, Legal, Operations) to ensure alignment on partner and sales strategies.
  • Lead efforts to adapt to evolving market trends and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in business development, partner management, and/or sales leadership in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in scaling global sales teams and partner ecosystems, delivering significant revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of strategic sales, partner ecosystems, and technical integrations (APIs, enablement strategies).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams with a focus on accountability and growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with experience in financial planning, forecasting, and driving operational improvements.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
