Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-5+ years of engineering experience in large-scale energy storage, power systems, or related fields
  • Proven track record integrating and commissioning battery-based storage solutions
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and control-system logic
  • Proficiency to interpret and analyze software code (firmware, control-logic scripts, configuration files)
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort with field troubleshooting
  • Bachelor’s (minimum) in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a closely related discipline; master's preferred
