Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the definition, integration, and validation of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects from concept through commissioning.
  • Ensure that each installation meets performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales, system integrators, hardware engineers, software developers, and field service teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-5+ years of engineering experience in large‑scale energy storage, power systems, or related fields.
  • Proven track record integrating, and commissioning battery‑based storage solutions.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and control‑system logic.
  • Proficiency to interpret and analyze software code (firmware, control-logic scripts, configuration files) to verify that embedded BMS and cloud-interface implementations meet functional requirements.
  • Bachelor’s (minimum) in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a closely related discipline; master's preferred.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willing to take ownership, fulfilling project lifecycles from conception to completion in a passionate and purpose-driven way.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate closely with other teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
