About the role
- Support sales processes and provide sales support
- Create and maintain customer presentations and sales materials
- Assist with maintaining customer data and managing customer interactions in the CRM system
- Prepare and follow up on customer meetings and proposals
- Conduct market and competitor analyses
- Assist with campaigns, mailings, and lead generation
- Analyze and interpret sales data and reports
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Sales Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a comparable role is an advantage
- Strong interest in sales, communication, and customer experience
- Ability to work independently; communicative, structured, and solution-oriented
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and ideally some initial experience with CRM systems
- Very good command of German and good command of English
