About the role

  • Support and assistance for our existing customers
  • Creation and follow-up of quotes and orders
  • Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM system
  • Coordination with internal departments such as Purchasing, Production and Logistics
  • Preparation of sales statistics, reports and presentations
  • Support in preparing customer meetings and trade shows
  • Participation in sales-related projects

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Ideally, initial experience in sales, sales support or customer service
  • Structured and reliable way of working, even under high workload
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus
  • Confident user of MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Excellent German skills, good English skills
