About the role
- Support and assistance for our existing customers
- Creation and follow-up of quotes and orders
- Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM system
- Coordination with internal departments such as Purchasing, Production and Logistics
- Preparation of sales statistics, reports and presentations
- Support in preparing customer meetings and trade shows
- Participation in sales-related projects
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Ideally, initial experience in sales, sales support or customer service
- Structured and reliable way of working, even under high workload
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Confident user of MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent German skills, good English skills
