About the role
- Oversee project and team members that participate in supporting our business with ongoing data, analytics, automation, vendor management and partner needs.
- Additional duties include oversight of team members that participate in the design, development, implementation, and ongoing relationship management of Lyric’s Payment Integrity Solutions and partnerships.
- Accountable for the client support and development of leadership facing information, customer presentations and dashboards that summarize product and strategy value propositions driving additional client growth.
- Participate in initiatives with Executive Leadership to identify critical business opportunities that transform existing processes to drive increased performance.
- Upon identification of a new growth partner, develop an implementation plan and ongoing vendor management model to ensure flawless integration into existing Lyric products and services.
- Create a partner management playbook that will continue to evolve through lessons learned and closed feedback loops.
- Drive process improvements in our product and partner model to ensure end to end readiness across all Lyric cross-functional teams.
- Remediate through complex organizational issues to ensure alignment at all levels of the organization.
- Work with the Partner Strategy and Product Strategy team to identify new market opportunities and future partnerships.
- Build strong relationships and Champion a growth mindset.
- Set the tone for a culture of collaboration, execution, and continuous improvement across the Lyric organization.
- Foster a results-oriented environment and empower our team to achieve ambitious goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required with proven experience in a relevant field like healthcare technology, consulting or business development.
- Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years in healthcare technology strategy or high-end consulting roles with a demonstrably successful history of developing and executing winning partnership strategies
- 5+ years of project management/process improvement experience
- 5+ years experience navigating a matrix organization and successfully collaborating with multiple teams across different departments.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
