About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support employees and various stakeholders in adopting new ways of working
  • Lead the human side of change to ensure a clear understanding of transformations
  • Foster team engagement and embed new practices sustainably within the organization
  • Work closely with project teams, Product Owners, Learning & Development teams, operational managers, and Group stakeholders
  • Conduct change impact analyses to identify stakeholders and expected evolutions
  • Define and deploy change management plans to ensure readiness, engagement, and successful adoption of transformations
  • Design and coordinate communication strategies and plans to inform and mobilize stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to identify training needs
  • Support leaders and managers in their roles as change sponsors
  • Assess organizational readiness and monitor change adoption
  • Define and track metrics to measure engagement, adoption, and the effectiveness of change initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5), preferably in International Relations, Anthropology, Sociology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in cultural or organizational change management and/or team leadership, ideally in an international environment
  • Ability to define a change management strategy at a global level
  • Strong intercultural awareness and the ability to adapt your approach
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment
  • Availability for regular travel
  • A recognized certification in change management or transition management, such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent, would be an asset
