Key responsibilities & impact- Play a key role in process governance and continuous improvement
- Design, standardize and optimize end-to-end business processes
- Define and deploy methodologies and governance standards
- Ensure communication and adoption of processes
- Facilitate collaboration between Business Process Owners and stakeholders
- Ensure clear governance and effective execution of processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in Business Process Management, continuous improvement, operational excellence or organizational transformation
- Proficiency in process governance principles, operating models, RACI matrices and process lifecycle management
- Ability to lead standardization initiatives while considering business needs
- Experience in an international, complex and cross-functional environment
- Recognized for your ability to unite, influence and collaborate at all levels
- Excellent analytical skills, pragmatic, results-oriented approach
- Proficiency with process mapping tools and performance measurement methods
