Define and deploy methodologies and governance standards
Ensure communication and adoption of processes
Facilitate collaboration between Business Process Owners and stakeholders
Ensure clear governance and effective execution of processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in Business Process Management, continuous improvement, operational excellence or organizational transformation
Proficiency in process governance principles, operating models, RACI matrices and process lifecycle management
Ability to lead standardization initiatives while considering business needs
Experience in an international, complex and cross-functional environment
Recognized for your ability to unite, influence and collaborate at all levels
Excellent analytical skills, pragmatic, results-oriented approach
Proficiency with process mapping tools and performance measurement methods
