Field Sales Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- With your customer-focused and proactive approach, you retain customers long-term and advise them on our solutions and service portfolio
- With passion, you win new customers in a targeted way and help drive the expansion of the Lyreco brand
- You independently prepare quotations and proactively follow them up
- By building close business relationships, you work strategically on developing your customer portfolio
- You analyze customer needs using our sales tools and systems and develop new solution offerings for your customers
- You always keep your sales, margin, and growth targets in mind and independently and self-organizedly define your opportunities and priorities within your assigned territory
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree in business administration, preferably with initial professional experience
- You are proficient with common MS Office applications
- You have business-fluent (negotiation-level) German skills
- You have a sales DNA and convince others with your enthusiastic and ambitious manner
- Your analytical skills and affinity for digital sales tools support you in your daily work
- You are distinguished by a structured, solution-oriented, and flexible way of working
- Taking on responsibility and learning new things are top priorities for you
- A valid Class B driving licence (driver’s license) is mandatory
Benefits
Comp & perks- Base salary & bonus scheme (80% fixed, 20% commission-based)
- Fixed salary of approximately €3,000 to €3,500 gross (in individual cases higher)
- Variable pay (overachievement up to 300% possible) and a 13th salary paid as vacation and Christmas bonus
