About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide 1st level technical support for all employees related to IS issues
- Understand group policies and implementation processes
- Commission new assets and keep track of existing IS assets
- Assist in QSS matters occasionally
- First point of contact for IS issues
- Resolve IS issues with minimal disruption
- Network infrastructure troubleshooting
- User workstation and mobile devices commissioning and troubleshooting
- Office hardware troubleshooting and management
- New Joiner embarkment and Leaver Clearance
- IS assets tracking and management for audit purposes
- Familiar with Windows Intunes Processes and Active Directory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma/Degree in IT
