About the role

  • Manage and develop the Workwear & Footwear product portfolio.
  • Ensuring complete and correct product information on our B2B webshop.
  • Negotiate purchasing conditions and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Support internal and external marketing activities.
  • Coordinate commercial actions in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Analyze monthly category performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Execute category projects and initiatives with clear KPIs and follow-up.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • You have a background in Portfolio Management.
  • Experience in Workwear, Footwear or PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is a strong plus.
  • You are analytical, result-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.
  • You’re a strong communicator who works well with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • You can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a plus.
