About the role

  • Define and deploy a comprehensive Data and AI strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
  • Lead the implementation and enforcement of data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, security, confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Leverage data to improve customer experience, increase productivity, reduce operational costs, apply business intelligence to outperform competitors and capture new opportunities.
  • Oversee data lifecycle management, the development of advanced analytics and predictive models, and the definition of business-oriented data strategy and governance.
  • Drive the identification, evaluation and deployment of AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and enrich the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
  • Significant experience in data management, analytics and artificial intelligence, including leadership roles within large organizations.
  • Proven experience defining and deploying Data and AI strategies that generate measurable business value.
  • Strong knowledge of data protection regulations, compliance requirements and the ethical issues related to AI.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, Big Data technologies and AI/machine learning frameworks.
  • Expertise in data visualization, business intelligence and advanced analytics.
  • Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent English.
