About the role
- Actively develop the Austrian market
- Professionally manage tenders and RFP processes
- Strategically drive complex sales opportunities to a successful close
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic new business development in the B2B enterprise/key-account segment
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in B2B sales with a focus on large enterprise accounts (300+ employees)
- Proven track record in active new customer acquisition (hunter role)
- Experience managing B2B tenders/RFPs
- Strong hunter mentality, high closing ability and strong self-motivation
- Structured, systematic and process-oriented approach to work
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at C-level
