About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own your stream's North Star metric end to end, and everything required to move it: the product decisions, the design calls, the launch, and the adoption curve after it evidencing clinicians love it.
  • Drive adoption and retention of what ships, holding yourself to the GA unlock threshold on every project rather than treating launch as the finish line.
  • Run growth-led discovery: identify the funnel and activation levers most likely to move your number, and build the fastest path to validating them.
  • Translate strategy into what your team does day to day, so priorities visibly ladder up to the business outcome you own.
  • Partner directly with engineering and design to shape solutions, not just requirements, and earn the credibility to be in the room for both.
  • Build with modern AI tools as part of how you work, using them to move faster from insight to shipped product.
  • Pressure-test your own bets honestly. When something doesn't work, say so early and move; you own your north star.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A track record of owning a product outcome with clear growth targets, ideally with experience across funnel conversion and activation.
  • Genuine operator instincts: you've owned P&L-level or growth-level accountability, not just contributed to a team that had it.
  • The ability to move fluidly between a clinician's clinic-day reality, an engineering trade-off, and a commercial forecast without losing precision or hiding in process.
  • Product judgement, not just product process: you have instincts about the right product decision or UX call, and can defend them.
  • A bias toward shipping and learning fast over exhaustive discovery, balanced with genuine care for the clinicians and patients on the other end of it.
  • Familiarity with clinical or healthcare workflows is nice to have.
  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools toward a commercial or user outcome, not just for personal interest.
  • Experience growing a product across multiple markets or geographies is nice to have.
  • Background in a regulated or high-trust industry where speed and rigour both matter is nice to have.
  • Experience operating in a high-growth, founder-led startup where the process is still being built is nice to have.
