About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate monthly international staff salary payments
- Assist with payroll administration tasks
- Assist with employee payroll queries and onboarding in the Deel platform
- Ensure payroll platform records are accurate
- Support and cover payroll ticket queries in Workday
- Keep updated documents and information available on Google Drive
- Prepare monthly statutory and management reporting within deadlines
- Assist with payroll implementation and projects for existing global entities
- Support payroll integration with Workday
- Keep up to date with relevant legislation and system changes
- Assist with auditing requirements for Lyra International when required
- Deputise for the Payroll Manager, managing the team, allocating work, and serving as an escalation point
Requirements
What you’ll need- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Good level of competence in Excel
- Minimum 4–5 years in a payroll administrator role
- International payroll experience is essential
- Experience with other European payrolls or Canada is beneficial
- Advanced English language level is required
- Workday integration experience is desirable
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
