About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HRIS, with significant experience in Workday
- Proven experience in leading global HRIS implementations and operations, including HR-focused data analytics functions
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices and proven delivery of people technology strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
