- Ensure seamless program implementation
- Manage relationships for important global clients
- Collaborate closely with Global and Local Account Consultants
- Proactively identify and manage local account risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-4+ years managing large corporate client relationships
- Experience specifically within an EAP or comparable Mental Health Services setting
- Suitable qualification/background in Psychology or Mental Health
- Excellent presentation skills
- Highly positive and energetic approach to client interactions
