About the role

  • Partner directly with the Account Management, Customer Development & Product teams to deliver tailored, persuasive narratives that directly articulate Lyra’s value and compel specific customer business action.
  • Serve as a consultative partner to the Customer's internal analytical and benefits teams, ensuring our reporting directly informs their population health and financial strategies.
  • Utilize expert proficiency in BI tools and automation platforms to build and maintain customized, executive-ready dashboards and templates for large accounts, reducing manual workload.
  • Proactively analyze customer data to identify emerging trends, anomalies, or successes, connecting these findings to Lyra’s broader thought leadership and product capabilities to drive proactive, consultative engagement.
  • Work closely with the internal Data Operations team to ensure the underlying data models supporting all customer-facing reports are reliable, scalable and accurate.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within a SaaS, healthcare, or consulting environment with direct client/customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Advanced-level proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools and SQL for querying complex datasets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data analysis into simple, compelling visual and narrative formats suitable for executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically about business objectives and use data to form proactive, consultative recommendations.
  • Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and partnering effectively with non-technical business users (e.g., CSMs, Benefits Leaders).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Analytics) required.
