About the role
- Lead and mentor the member marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance, experimentation, and empathy.
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid and organic acquisition strategies to meet aggressive growth goals within the business line.
- Direct the member lifecycle team to optimize onboarding, retention, and re-engagement campaigns, ensuring members find the right care at the right time.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with external digital partners and platforms to expand Lyra’s reach and presence.
- Partner closely with Product, Operations, Content, and Digital teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and the member experience.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), utilizing insights to refine channel mix, messaging, and budget allocation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, ideally within the healthcare, health-tech, or B2B2C space.
- Proven Leadership: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and developing marketing teams.
- Acquisition Expert: Deep expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns across paid social, search, content marketing, and organic growth levers.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate complex business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency with monitoring marketing analytics and a strong ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
