About the role
- Directly manage and lead Behavioral Care Managers
- Develop processes and infrastructure for the BCM team, with an aim to improve member satisfaction and provider satisfaction and scale effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor team KPIs and a clear framework to measure success and accountability.
- Manage caseload and conduct evaluations on a weekly basis, enabling understanding of where the process needs improvement.
- Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model.
- Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our clients meet their goals successfully.
- Lead 1:1 meetings with direct reports.
- Partner closely with others in our clinical team, including psychiatric providers, therapists, nurses, and behavioral care managers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in a social work or psychology-related field (unlicensed)
- 3+ years of professional experience working in behavioral health or Health Systems
- Leadership experience (professional and volunteer)
- Experience training or facilitating practitioner groups
- Experience working in a Collaborative Care Model preferred
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field (unlicensed) preferred
- Ability to work autonomously as well as with a team
- Tech-savvy and experienced in care management
- Ability to work collaboratively with a growth mindset
- Strong organizational skills and excited about a dynamic work environment
