About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute brand sales strategy across core retailer channels
- Drive regional and national distribution and revenue growth, playing a direct role in the achievement of company targets
- Build and manage annual sales plans, forecasts, and trade budgets
- Own relationships with key retail partners, including top-to-top engagement
- Lead and manage external broker partners; set clear goals, incentives, and performance expectations to ensure alignment with brand objectives
- Own in-store execution, including merchandising, promotions, and activations
- Partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on selling strategies, competitive insights, product launches, forecasts, and demand planning
- Track and analyze sales performance, distribution gains, and account-level KPIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6 - 8 years of sales experience within the Personal Care space
- An established network across Beauty and Personal Care buyers with experience calling on regional and national accounts
- Demonstrated experience securing new distribution across Specialty Beauty, Mass, Grocery, and/or Drug accounts
- Track record of growing key accounts, establishing and overseeing execution of trade and marketing calendars to accelerate velocities and drive door expansion
- Experience managing broker networks
