About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Executes Advanced Polymer Solutions EU Sales Plan
- Engages with customers across industries
- Develops and nurtures relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitors frequently DSO and ensures timely closing of customer claims
- Increases sales by promoting targeted products/applications
- Provides regular updates on market intelligence and competitive movements
- Ensures a consistent and effective execution of the business strategy at the customer
Requirements
What you’ll need- University or college degree in sciences or engineering preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, plastics industry preferred
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Office Word/Excel, SAP R/3, SalesForce)
- Driving license
- Polish and English language skills
- Negotiating skills
- Presentation and communication skills
- Product and technical knowledge
